Early access
Privacy policy
This is Career Agent's working privacy policy during early access. A finalized version, with an effective date and a named legal entity, will replace it at public launch. Until then, this page states plainly how the product treats your data today.
What we collect
Your account email and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never visible to us). What you give the product to work with: your resume, the career history you confirm or correct in Career Memory, your preferences, your watchlist, and any notes you write. And what the product computes for you: matches, plans, drafts, and recommendations.
How we use it
To run your search — matching open roles against your rules, preparing tailored resume emphasis, identifying relevant contacts at companies you pursue, and drafting outreach for your review. That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, and we do not show your profile to employers.
Some processing uses external AI providers (for example, reading the resume you upload into structured career history). We send those providers only what the specific task needs, and we don't allow your data to be used to train their models.
What we never do
We never invent your experience, relationships, or referrals. We never contact an employer, submit an application, or send a message on your behalf without your explicit approval. We never share or sell your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Where your data lives
In our production database, where row-level security scopes every normal query to your own account's session — your records are readable by you, not by other candidates.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your career history, preferences, and pursuits in the product at any time. To request a full export or deletion of your account and data, contact us via the Support page and we'll handle it directly.
